Everyone therefore who shall confess Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven.
We are an open book to non-believers, and our actions prove to others what God we serve.
The Pastor that lead me to the Lord, once told me: “As a believer, you are heading toward the traffic on a two lane road. The two lanes are both going the same direction, and you are on the yellow lane going opposite of the traffic.”
His warning to me was: “ Your actions are constantly being observed, and by these actions others see the God you serve” He also said that on the yellow line facing the traffic, if anyone stops and asks if you need a ride, do not go with them, because you will go back to where you started from”.
This warning has kept me trying to stay as close to my Lord and Savior as I can. It has not been easy, but even though I have made mistakes and fallen as a human. He sees my faults and failures, and still loves me.
