Romans 8:37-39

No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, neither angels nor principalities, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In the strange events of life, we never know what the next thing or even what the next moment will bring. In the ebb and flow of living our faith, we must learn how to cope with the many challenging event that happen to us: illness, losses, death of loved ones, and even the pandemic that we are going through.

The harsh adversities we face each day will never keep us from the love of God. Scripture encourages us to place our confidence and security in believing, trusting and continually receiving God’s love. We must find this place in God and rest (from the chaos spinning around us) in His love.

As unexpected circumstances crash around us, we find ourselves in dark places, feeling pressured beyond our capacity to cope, we need to remind ourselves that God’s love becomes our steady rock that secures our minds and hearts, even when fear, doubts, or we don’t understand prevail around us.

Every moment of every hour of every day of every month of every year, our hope lies in the eternal truth, that no matter what happens to us or around us, we are anchored in the faithfulness of God love, and His promises are always YES
